Rotary screen

Rotary Screen is one of the physical filtration and pre-treatment equipment in industrial processes, used for separating solid particles from liquids or screening materials. Wastewater is pumped into the device for treatment. The unique design of internal deflectors allows the wastewater to be properly distributed across the entire width of the filter cylinder. The slow and continuous rotation of the filter cylinder allows particles to adhere to the outer surface and be transferred to the front area of the device. The cleaning of the filter cylinder is done externally by a scraper blade that operates tangentially to the cylinder and separates solid materials, and internally by treated water flowing through the cylinder, cleaning it. Additionally, an internal reverse wash by spray nozzles is also provided. The treated water is collected and discharged by a tank located beneath the device.
